Meet Casey, the coach and mentor
Casey is one of the select few certified Master Trainers in AIA Malaysia. Not only is Casey a qualified lawyer from Sydney, Australia, he also holds a double degree in Laws and Business Systems from the prestigious Monash University. He joined the insurance industry in 2006 as a fresh graduate and has since achieved the Million Dollar Round Table Award (5 times) and numerous others in the company such as the Top Life Planner, President Club and much more. Casey has also spoken as a platform speaker at the MDRT Experience Conference in Guangzhou, China to over 2000 industry aspirants. He regularly contributes his skills, expertise and practical experience to AIA in workshops, trainings and in the development of the ELITEs in the AIA ELITE Leadership Program.
When Casey isn't involved in his work, he spends most of his time with his family and contributes to his local church by teaching children, mentoring young adults and leading a young family connect group.
Casey is also a founding partner of Wai Associates Consultancy and holds a position as a Director of Marketing with Wai Associates Group. He is also the founder of WAI Advisory, a team of professional advisors providing a complete financial and legal advice to clients.

When the MCO first hit Malaysia in March 2020, our team was still actively meeting prospects and clients virtually. At the time we were already mobile and digital ready and we continued to service our clients and generated new business sales as we had a ready digital platform. Clients could engage with us virtually and buy our financial products completely online without meeting face to face.

You need to be certified, trained, and maintain a continuous professional development on a yearly basis.
